These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile games published by HuongTran, including Threadrift, and related services (collectively, the “Games”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Games, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Games
Our Games are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may use the Games only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and the terms and policies of the platform through which you obtained the Game.
You may not interfere with the normal operation or security of the Games or use them in a way that negatively affects other players.
2. Game Center and Leaderboards
Some Games may integrate with Apple Game Center to provide features such as leaderboards and achievements.
Your use of Game Center is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
You must not manipulate scores, exploit bugs, use unauthorized software, automate gameplay, or otherwise obtain an unfair advantage.
Where technically possible and appropriate, scores reasonably determined to be invalid, fraudulent, or manipulated may be removed or disregarded.
3. In-App Purchases
Some Games may offer optional in-app purchases (“IAP”), such as virtual items, additional content, features, upgrades, or removal of advertising.
Availability and pricing may vary by Game, country, region, platform, and version.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable payment terms and policies.
Except where required by applicable law or Apple's policies, purchases are subject to the refund rules of the platform through which they were made.
4. Subscriptions
Some Games may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions.
If a subscription is offered, its price, duration, benefits, and billing period will be displayed before you complete the purchase.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store are charged to your Apple Account and are managed through Apple's subscription system.
Unless canceled in accordance with Apple's applicable subscription terms, an auto-renewable subscription may renew automatically.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
Any free trial or promotional subscription, if offered, will be subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
The availability of this section does not mean that every Game currently offers a subscription.
5. Advertising
Some versions of our Games may contain advertising.
Advertising may be provided by third-party advertising services and may be subject to the privacy practices and terms of those providers.
Information about the handling of data in connection with advertising is described in our Privacy Policy where applicable.
6. Virtual Items and Game Content
Where a Game offers virtual items, virtual currency, upgrades, or other digital content, these items are licensed for use within the applicable Game and do not represent real-world money or property unless otherwise required by law.
You may not sell, transfer, exchange, or commercially exploit virtual items outside the Game unless expressly permitted by us.
We may modify virtual content when reasonably necessary for game balancing, technical, security, or operational reasons, subject to applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Games and their content, including software, gameplay elements, graphics, artwork, animations, audio, text, logos, characters, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to HuongTran and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Games for their intended purpose.
Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Games without authorization.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Cheat or intentionally manipulate gameplay or leaderboard results.
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Use unauthorized bots, scripts, automation tools, modified clients, or other software to interact with a Game.
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise the Games, servers, platform services, or other players.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data associated with the Games.
- Use the Games for unlawful purposes.
9. Game Progress and Availability
We do not guarantee that game progress, scores, achievements, virtual items, settings, or other game data will always be available or preserved.
Data or functionality may be affected by device changes, software updates, account changes, service interruptions, technical failures, or changes to third-party services.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of a Game when reasonably necessary.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Games may interact with services operated by third parties, including Apple Game Center, the App Store, payment systems, advertising providers, or other platform services.
Those services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent operation or availability of third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Games is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with our Games.
12. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Games are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Games will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HuongTran will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Games.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Games, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
When these Terms are updated, we will revise the “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Games after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections available to you under the laws of your country or region.
